TOP TIPS Encourages You to Step Out of Your Comfort Zone The mentor or coach know when to push you beyond your comfort zone. A good coach will coax and challenge you to step out of and take a risk. To make changes in your life it is important to step out of your comfort zone. Offers a Different Viewpoint or Perspective When you have a coach, you have someone else to bounce ideas off. It is so easy to get caught up within your mind that you might not even see possible solutions to your life issues. A coach forces you to consider different viewpoints and solutions which will help you see many options to solve problems. Helps You Make Tough Decisions Sometimes it feels like life is nothing but a series of difficult decisions. While this isn't always true, but that’s life. That is a key purpose of having a coach. They help you create or develop methods to make decisions. A good coach provides time and assistance support you when you must make a major decision.
