You’ll hear why I don’t see energy as permanently blocked, how to question beliefs you may have inherited from family or school, and how to catch the “illusions” your mind can create when fear takes the wheel. One of the most practical tools I share is the love versus fear question and how your body often answers before your brain can argue.I also get honest about safety, regulation, and support.
