To understand the necessity of positive relationships in the modern workplace, we spoke with Todd Davis, chief people officer and executive vice president at FranklinCovey. Davis's new book, Get Better: 15 Proven Practices to Build Effective Relationships at Work, is a crash course in building relationships of value across organizations.
