RENT will be executive-produced by Marc Platt (“Grease: Live,” “La La Land,” “Wicked”), Adam Siegel, Julie Larson, Al Larson and Revolution Studios’ Vince Totino, Scott Hemming and Marla Levine. The groundbreaking musical is a re-imagining of Puccini’s “La Bohème,” set in New York City’s gritty East Village, which tells the unforgettable story of seven artists struggling to follow their dreams during a time of great social and political turmoil. Writer/composer Jonathan Larson’s tour de force celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, as it continues to offer an inspiring message of hope and friendship. “Rent” originally was produced in New York by New York Theatre Workshop and on Broadway by Jeffrey Seller, Kevin McCollum, Allan S. The Sponsor of this Promotion is Fox Broadcasting Company, located at 10201 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is supporting the fight for AIDs by making a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, which operates arts education programs including Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. When the Promotion begins, Sponsor will post: (i) one (1) call to action (CTA) post, one from the following Twitter handle: @RENTonFOX; and (ii) one (1) CTA Facebook post, one from each of the following Facebook handles: @RENTonFOX. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will donate one dollars ($1) up to a cap (the “Donation Cap”) of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS each time a participant: (i) donates on Twitter or posts on Facebook); or (ii) donates on Broadwaycares.com/RENT. For clarification and the removal of doubt, Sponsor’s donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS will not exceed the Donation Cap even if there are more than twenty-thousand (20,000) donations during the Promotion Period.
