World Intellectual Property Day 2025 Proclamation

The Executive Orders address topics such as advancing AI education through a task force and challenge, preparing Americans for skilled trade jobs by reviewing workforce programs and expanding apprenticeships, reforming higher education accreditation to focus on quality and combat discriminatory practices, reinstating common sense school discipline policies, restoring equality of opportunity and meritocracy by challenging disparate-impact liability, strengthening probationary periods in federal service, and ensuring transparency regarding foreign influence at American universities. Additionally, the Proclamations commemorate the Days of Remembrance of Victims of the Holocaust, honor the memory of His Holiness Pope Francis, declare National Park Week, celebrate National Volunteer Week, and recognize World Intellectual Property Day. A Presidential Memorandum also initiates an investigation into unlawful campaign contributions.
