IN THE NEWSSTALLED CROWDFUNDING RULES LEAVE BUSINESS PLANS ON ICEThe JOBS Act approved in April of this year contained a provision that would allow “equity crowdfunding” allowing small and medium-size businesses to sell stock in their companies online. The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has not written the rules so that selling can begin. Dave feels that equity crowdfunding is a great idea and would spur small business expansion and the jobs that go along with this growth.
