World War 2: Episode 54: April 15th - 21st, 1945

This episode focuses on the correspondence between a U.S. Army Captain in Germany and his wife in Three Oaks, Michigan.   House which the command post occupied today belonged to German prisoner now in Camp Bowie, Texas, prisoner for about two years.   Every time we come out of the line you wonder just how lucky you are.  And if it will just hold out.  I wonder if we will ever go up again?  I sure hope not.
