World Wildlife Fund & Food Waste SHORT SHOW: Samantha Kenny

In episode 04 of Food Warriors, we are joined by Samantha Kenny of the World Wildlife Fund to find out why the WWF cares about combatting wasted food. WWF works to reduce food waste for the purpose of protecting wildlife habitat from conversion for agricultural use and reducing methane gas. Samantha is a Program Officer with the WWF's Food Waste Team where she works on strategies to manage waste in the global hospitality sector.
