"World's greatest thinkers" are failing humanity on UFO problem

During a recent interview, Jaron Lanier, one of the so-called world's great thinkers, seemed utterly and totally oblivious to the gigantic pile of evidence that lends credence to the fact there's an extraterrestrial presence on Earth. If our greatest thinkers are so completely blind to the evidence at this point, the world is in deep trouble. Also, Earth is an island in a sea of space. Is it merely a docking port for traveling alien civilizations, or are these visitors planning to make their stay a permanent one?
