Episode 089: Rick Betts is the founder of Hoopfest, the world's largest 3 on 3 basketball tournament.  Today we explores what it takes to create a successful basketball tournament and why sports are so important for our youth. Hoopfest was started in 1989 and had 512 teams participate. Now, around 7,000 teams signup to play in the famous tournament held on the streets of downtown Spokane.
