America is feeling the effects of a world full of pandemics, riots, and financial upheaval.  It is a trying time for most of us. Much of what we feel is the uncertainty of everything around us. We are accustomed to knowing and trusting in our institutions to keep us safe, and to give us the right information to make informed decisions. All of that is up for grabs today. How we approach these troubling times depends on how we think the world works. Often this is called a worldview which is a set of beliefs that influences our values that determines our behavior.
