Worry Is Deceptive!

We compare it to rocking on a chair all day—although it gives us a feeling of movement and progress, however, the reality is that we are not getting anywhere or accomplishing anything. Concluding our discussion, we emphasize on the fact that worry drains our energy, potential and creativity.
