Worship & Prayer

Sunday Worship & Prayer Service We gathered for a morning of church-wide Worship & Prayer centered on God's faithfulness, His saving grace, and His ongoing work of building His church. We spent an extended time in worship, Scripture reading, and guided prayer. We reflected on Ephesians 2:1–10, Ephesians 4:15–16, and Psalm 46.We remembered that we were once dead in our sins, but by God's rich mercy and amazing grace have been made alive with Christ—not because of anything we have done, but because of His gracious work on our behalf (Ephesians 2:1–10).  We thanked God for His salvation, rejoiced in the new life we have in Christ, and asked Him to continue shaping us into the people He has created us to be. We also prayed for the health and unity of our church as we considered God's design for His body in Ephesians 4:15–16. As every member speaks the truth in love and faithfully serves one another, Christ causes His church to grow into maturity.  We asked the Lord to strengthen our love for one another, deepen our commitment to His mission, and continue building His church for His glory. We spent time in prayer anchoring our hearts in the confidence of Psalm 46, remembering that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. No matter what uncertainties surround us, we can rest in the unchanging sovereignty of our God. We get to pray with confidence, trusting that the Lord of hosts is with us and that He alone is our refuge. Let's continue seeking the Lord together through worship, prayer, and the truth of His Word. We are thankful for a time to be together to glorify God, encourage one another, and depend on Him together.
