Worship - Epic, pt. 3

Israel has wandered in the wilderness for 40 years and are once again being led into the Promised Land. And once again there are spies in the land, who find shelter in the home of Rahab, a prostitute. Rahab is an unlikely interloper in God's epic story, yet she finds a significant place in the story. She is listed in the Hall of Faith in Hebrews, and is included in the genealogy of Jesus. We see this over and over in the ministry of Jesus--he invites unlikely heroes. Perhaps you feel "less than." Here's the good news: there are no "less thans" in God's kingdom. YOU have a part to play in God's epic adventure.
