Joe Biden is still the president of gaffes and he performed just coherently enough to not cause a full on revolt in his party. He hung in there just long enough to keep that tape rolling in his head "I ain't going anywhere." Sure he called Ukraine President Vladimir Zelensky "President Putin" and sure he "wouldn't have picked Vice President Trump to be president if he didn't think she was qualified" but these missteps are to be expected from our Commander In Chief.
