WOS Episode #15 Debunking Stereotypes - Dali Rivera

from Woman of Strength Podcast

Dali Rivera is an Anti-Bullying & Diversity educator who teaches people to prevent bullying by debunking stereotypes. She is also a military veteran, speaker, parent to two young girls and wife of a disabled veteran. She is the creator of Embracing Differences & Debunking Stereotypes, a program that teaches people how to identify, change and debunk stereotypes in order to improve children’s academic achievement, self-esteem and likelihood of having a more successful life in adulthood. Her teaching method reinforces the embracing of people’s differences from learning about cultures to learning and physical disabilities, thus creating the perfect recipe to create future adults who close the inequality gap. Dali offers her program to schools, libraries, and organizations. She will soon be launching a program for parents who want to know how they can teach their kids to have a more open discussion about bullying, stereotypes and diversity. You can contact Dali through her website at www.dalitalks.com and you can follow her on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook under the handle DaliTalks.
