Would I recommend you reporting your sexual assault?

from Angie McQuillin Unsilenced · host Unsilenced-Survivor's Journey

I know I don't talk highly about my experience in the justice system - and it may put many people off. My motivation isn't to put people off. On the contrary. Thing is, what I experienced may be what other experience too. So what's worse? Going into it and feeling utterly deflated by it or going into it with your eyes wide open. I cant change the system - but I can help people be more prepared for what is to come if they choose to go into it. All Im sharing is truth - a truthful account of what my experience was.I'd have loved to have seen content similar before going to court to be prepared for all eventualities. If any of this resonates with you feel free to email: [email protected] hope you enjoy this podcast This is a public episode.
