Would you consider Injectable ART for those unable to suppress with oral HIV treatment?

In this episode, Dr. Steven Fine discusses some of the latest data that might be used to support starting patients who are unable to take oral antiretroviral medications on long acting, injectable ARV. Patients who consider this off label use because their HIV viral load was not suppressed on oral treatment would have to be carefully selected and well supported.
