Would you like to try some coffee paste?

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

Welcome back after the Valentine's Day holiday. I hope you're prepared for the bone-chilling temps this week. We recapped our V-Day weekends, and in the news this morning, the kayaker who got swallowed by a whale has now told his story about what happened, the weather here in WI, and the disaster in Louisville from storms over the weekend. In sports, the Badgers got a nice win over Purdue on Saturday, William Byron won the Daytona 500 for the second year in a row, the NBA All-Star weekend recap, and we talked about the USA vs. Canada hockey match from over the weekend. Elsewhere in sports, seven more women/massage therapists have now accused Ravens kicker Justin Tucker of inappropriate actions, former Bucks player Khris Middleton released a very classy & heartfelt statement after getting traded, and a look at the Eagles Super Bowl victory parade that went down on Friday. We got a visit from 2nd Floor Sarah to talk about what's happening in our are this week, and we asked her an interesting question about going from the US to Europe. Great story about a high school student who's teaching others about the importance of knowing basic CPR, and a couple of snowmobilers who fell into the icy water of a lake in Michigan but were thankfully rescued. Had several interesting stories about some "new-ish" products that are coming out, including a spreadable coffee paste, a Peeps-flavored milk, and a ring that will wipe your iPad clean if you die. If you're planning a trip sometime in the near future, we gave you some tips on how to travel stress-free! Did you see the video of the former Illinois basketball player who had a bit of an issue as he was getting his jersey retired? And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a #FloridaWoman who shot a BB gun at some kids who were riding their dirt bikes near her house, a judge who is dishing out some interesting and unique punishment to shoplifters, another #FloridaWoman who attacked a guy with some gardening tools, and a couple of cops in NJ are in big trouble after photographing themselves having sex with their kids in the pics.
