Would you rather know how you're going to die or know how I'm going to die?

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

Now that the winter mess has landed, let's start to warm things up & melt this crap! Looking like we'll see temps in the 60's by Monday. Should get rid of all the snow & ice. We started the morning with another update on the Pope's condition. Plus, a seventh inmate has now died at the Waupon Correctional Institution, a Wisconsin teen has been arrested in connection with the death of his mother & stepfather, and an inmate on work release from the Dodge County Jail has gone missing. Also, the latest on the death of a transgender individual in upstate NY. In sports, both the Bucks & the Badgers got a win last night, and Alexander Ovechkin scored his 885th goal of his career, bringing him within nine of Wayne Gretzky. And Ovi is using his chase for the record to raise money for cancer research! We also talked about some of the recent roster moves in the NFL ahead of the free agency period. Elsewhere in sports, FIFA announced that the World Cup final at Metlife Stadium will have a halftime show for the first time ever, and a youth hockey game finished with a score of 43-0! We talked about what's on TV tonight, and we also discussed a few new products…including Crystal Light cocktails, and an updated Monopoly game. It's also "Hypothetical Thursday", where we ask each other hypothetical questions. Jean's question for Brian was: "If we switched places for a day, what would be the hardest thing about being me?" Brian's question for Jean was: "Would you rather know how you're going to die or know how I'm going to die?" Office Cora joined us to talk about what's happening in the 715 this weekend, and she also had a hypothetical question for the two of us: " Great story about a one-armed basketball player who is overcoming adversity and blazing a trail for others! Plus a survey about public restrooms. In today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a job search for a Loch Ness Monster Hunter, a giraffe in the back of a pickup truck, a thief who swallowed some diamonds, some Walmart chicken nuggets that didn't have any chicken, a guy who got Super Glue in his belly button a family gathering, a man who was busted for having sex with a seat on a train for the SECOND time, and an idiotic couple on TikTok who were upset that their mountain cabin rental was on an actual mountain.
