She consults with organizations and governments on solutions to equip graduates and address the skills gap in alignment with economic demands. Dr Ogwo has a doctorate degree from the University College London Institute of Education, where her research focused on strategies to enhance higher education and skills training in Nigeria to improve graduate employability.
