WrestleRant Radio - January 8, 2026: Breaking Down the Good, the Bad and the Upside Down of WWE's First Raw of 2026

Graham "GSM" Matthews and RJ Marceau have plenty to rant about on WrestleRant Radio this week, and it's not for the reasons you think! They give their quick thoughts on Wednesday's Dynamite including Andrade and Jake Doyle being announced as "All Elite" before discussing Tommaso Ciampa reportedly leaving WWE when his contract expires soon and if he reached his ceiling, Matt Cardona returning on SmackDown and what role he'll be good for, Oba Femi vacating the NXT Championship ahead of a main roster call-up, if too many names are being brought up at once and what it means for NXT, and an update on Chris Jericho. The duo are also talking Monday's Stranger Things-themed episode of Raw and complaints about no one from the show appearing in the crowd, the secret ninth episode of Stranger Things some fans tried to will into existence, the real issue with Bron Breakker not beating CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship and how it affects WrestleMania season, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY capturing the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship, why Becky Lynch regaining the Women's Intercontinental Championship from Maxxine Dupri was the wrong call, and more!
