Wright Drops 101 Points, Leads BYU Charge | BYU Cougars Basketball News

Robert Wright just shattered records in the Powder League, dropping 101 points — a jaw-dropping feat that proves he’s not just a scorer but a rising star ready to lead BYU. Already putting up 45 in a single game, Wright’s explosive play is exactly what coach Kevin Young envisioned: a future top point guard in the nation. Young’s high praise highlights Wright’s growth in leadership, playmaking, and defense — all while BYU rebuilds around him after losing key starters. Despite exploring transfers, including a visit to Kentucky, Wright returned for his junior year, now poised to anchor the team alongside Collin Chandler and Bruce Branch. With the starting lineup still taking shape, Wright’s emergence could be the catalyst for BYU’s next big leap. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
