Wright Flyer

Episode 26: Wright Flyer (Immersive Verse) Vs I’m busied figuring, listing facts that surely will astound; Crafting secret findings, I’m building to profound. I’m going to prove I’m not a lunatic, No, I’m not a liar Make it do what it will Just like they did the Wright Flyer. Vs Straining at every thought I’d ever been taught. Draining every bit of information from its source. Staying the course of that which is other than mine (The seeing leading the blind) As it must have been for them with the Wright Flyer. Vs Through the telescope of my will to Kill Devil Hill. Harvester of breezes, I’m here prone and alone. Cable controls affixed at every point of my being. With each heartbeat and neuron fired: I climb, I bank, I fly! Now as then: within the Wright Flyer. Ch I’m of just one mind. Over-stepping this time. Focused upon the find Like with the Wright Flyer! Oh to get the thing aloft I will suffer all the cost And its shaky taking off Like the Wright Flyer! Vs Through the telescope of my will to Kill Devil Hill. Harvester of breezes, I’m here prone and alone. Cable controls affixed at each point of my being. With each heartbeat and neuron fired: I climb, I bank, I fly! Now as then: within the Wright Flyer. C To take it all, I have invested pains. For wilder, bluer yonder beyond these thorough plains. Oh the gall; holding winds by the reins! Oh the man; blood and breath of aeroplanes.
