Vicki Yeroian started off as a volunteer at Podium RVA in 2009, in 2014 she became the Program Director and in 2020, she transitioned to the role of Executive Director where she continues to impact Greater Richmond and the Tri Cities today! Kavin Jackson has been a part of the Podium since his freshman year of high school. After his HS graduation, he studied mass communications at VCU and was the communications intern for Podium during his fall and spring semesters. Along with being a Podium alum, Kevin is currently the treasurer of the Young Professional Board of Podium.
