Writing and Publishing Success Stories About Students and Teachers- Part Two

from Ask Dr. Applewhite

White Apple Institute wants to publish stories about how adult students have overcome the labels and characteristics associated with being categorized as “disabled” or “at risk”. This theme is especially important for students and teachers determined to succeed in the most socially-disadvantaged communities in the United States. Professor Applewhite anticipates that students with mental or physical disabilities living in other parts of the world will experience a sense of hope that learning and working, versus begging ,on the streets is possible. Our host, Professor Applewhite, and co-host, Nazim Rashid have invited Nick Ligidakis, a major publisher, mentor, and founder/owner of Inkwell Publications. In addition, we are hoping to hear from Jewel Diamond Taylor, known as the Self-Esteem Doctor, a successful motivational speaker, blogtalkradio host, and self-made publisher.
