Writing a book is hard. With two people writing it together, there are synergies and accountability benefits. For Ashika Kalra and Jade Chen, they decided on writing a book profiling personal stories of 25 female leaders in New York City. By connecting with these leaders over cold email, they completed interviews and the beautiful book together. They did so while both working busy and impactful full-time jobs.
