He earned a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as Masters degrees in Machine Learning and Robotics. He just released a new novel, Hole in the Sky, a fantastic story of Native First Contact. In our conversation, we talk about the new book and its deep connection to his Oklahoma roots and Native heritage.
