You can make your writing time more student-led by giving your learners the opportunity to choose their own writing topics and genres. I'm going to share ONE way you can make your writing workshop or writing block more learner driven. And it's all about giving your learners choice in what they want to write about. Now you might be thinking, wait…my learners already choose their own topics for their writing pieces.  That is fantastic if you are already giving them that choice. Now I want to show you how you can give them even more choice.
