Wrong Turn (2021)

Hello! Welcome to the latest – 15th! – episode of the audio commentary podcast hosted by me, David Hughes. As soon as I finished the brilliant Wrong Turn reboot, I got straight in touch with director Mike P. Nelson to see if he'd be willing to record a commentary for us – and I was blown away when he not only said he would love to, but that he would round up lead actress Charlotte Vega, screenwriter Alan B. McElroy (who also wrote the original, for crying out loud!) and director of photography Nick Junkersfeld for a fun four-way commentary recorded (of course) via Zoom. It's a world exclusive commentary for this terrific horror film, which is available here (US) or here (UK). Obviously don't listen if you haven't seen the film, which I urge you to do – it's the best kind of reboot, which acknowledges the original but brings it kicking and screaming into the 2020s.
