Wrongly Accused, an interview with Kirstyn Niemela

from Awakened Nation · host Brad Szollose

On January 6th, 2021, Kirstyn Niemela went to the United States Capitol in Washington, DC to hang out with friends, hear President Donald Trump speak, and to go on a guided tour inside the Capitol Building. To her surprise, one year later, after a former friend and a relative reported her to FBI investigators, without warning, Kirstyn was tackled to the ground and arrested in front of her place of work. Despite being a lesbian activist, she has been labeled a "Proud Boy," and false charges levied against her including; "entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds," "disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds," "disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building" and "parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building." These misdemeanor charges (a parking ticket is a misdemeanor), have been elevated to felony status. The video footage of Niemela exposes the lie being told by the prosecution to discredit her for simply being a conservative, who refuses to admit to a crime SHE DID NOT COMMIT in order to obtain a lessor sentence. This is a fascinating episode on Awakened Nation as a proud patriot exposes the deep state's mission and the abuse of power. A victim of political persecution, slander and libel, that has turned Kirstyn's life upside down, both financially and emotionally. Insurrectionists, or an innocent person who is being railroaded to set an example for others who peacefully demonstrate? You decide. If you are part of the small minority that still believes there was an insurrection at the US Capitol on Jan 6 2021, this is NOT the episode for you. About Kristyn Niemela: Kirstyn Niemela turns heads being a Conservative. Kristyn is a proud American gay woman standing for truth, freedom and standing up for our children. Explicit Murderville The Intercept Harris County, Texas, has sent more people to death row than any jurisdiction in the nation. Among them is Charles Raby. He confessed to the grisly murder of an elderly woman in Houston in 1992. But the evidence tells a different story — one in which the state went after the wrong man. In the second season of Murderville, Intercept reporters Liliana Segura and Jordan Smith explore faulty forensics, the fallibility of memory, and a system ill-equipped to acknowledge its mistakes.
