In the second instalment of the pod this week, being 6 Nations stand alone week, Rachael Burford, the Harlequins captain & Johnnie Hammond, broadcaster, cover the Celtic nations, Scotland, Wales & Ireland. Joining them to do so are not 1, not 2 but all 3 captains of those nations, Dr Rachel Malcolm, Siwan Lillicrap & Nichola Fryday. New appointed Fryday speaks of the honour she has been given, the "fresh start" the whole squad is feeling going into this campaign & what Wales will bring to the table. Siwan Lillicrap, now a professional rugby player, speaks about what preparations have been going on in the Wales camp, the sense of togetherness that is increasing day by day & what they have to get right on the park, come Saturday.
