WRP 120 - And so it begins.........we are back with series 4! And what a season it promises to be, not 1 but 2 World Cups, starting this weekend with the 7s World Cup & then on to New Zealand next month. Red Roses' captain & Johnnie Hammond reunite to kick off the series with all the news from the last couple of months. But no better place to start than last weekend & The Red Roses game against the USA. Watching from the "technical hydration area" Sunter had a perfect view of the game & gives her honest appraisal of both sides. There are a few bouquets thrown around for individual players such as Claudia MacDonald; so we had her join us!! The scrum half come winger chats about the emotional & at times, unbelievable, return to test rugby. She tells of the crushing news of her neck injury, how she bounced back emotionally & physically.....with a little help from Thailand & the medics!
