Mike had roles in executive leadership, technical support, and strategic sales for two multibillion-dollar organizations in the construction supply business before his position was eliminated. He had some savings and a lot of time so he decided to go for multifamily syndication. Mike learned about how to invest through podcasts, YouTube videos, and other media. He began investing in a couple of projects to understand how to raise capital. He started building his own business model from the ideas and best practices he learned from other operators.
