Paul, on the other hand, has extensive experience in sales and has successfully transitioned from the automotive industry to real estate, where he has significantly increased revenue and built strong investor relations.During our conversation, they shared their philosophy on time management and the importance of focusing on high-value activities. They believe in empowering their team to make decisions and solve problems, which allows them to spend more time on creative aspects of the business rather than execution.
