WSD | Who would delight in the shedding of innocent blood? Psalm 16 and Luke 16

Hello friends,In his book, Mere Christianity, CS Lewis writes “Enemy-occupied territory--that is what this world is. Christianity is the story of how the rightful king has landed, you might say landed in disguise, and is calling us to take part in a great campaign of sabotage.” As Christians who are awake, we see so many demonic divots in the dirt of so many enemy-occupied lands and a few recent examples in particular, have taken my breath away. So much so, that they could only have come from the enemy’s pit. It’s an extremely heavy topic, but it’s been weighing on my heart even more so than usual. I speak of those who actually celebrate the murder of children.
