WSD | Why Kamala's definition of joy is laughable

G'day and God bless, fellow Withstanders,Every day, I’m fortunate enough to start my day with a morning walk. And every day without fail, I listen to a sermon from Dr Charles Stanley – whichever sermon InTouch Ministries has served that day. I typically complement this with one or more podcasts from Jack Hibbs, or the Watchman River or Olive Tree Ministries or even the guys from TriggerNometry among many others. I curate my listening time to learn from erudite, articulate podcasters who more often than not, are also fellow Christians. During this morning’s walk, I was reminded by both the Steve Deace Show and the Now The End Begins podcast that the narrative for the Democratic Party’s campaigning has switched to a focus on "Joy". It seems that the party is working overtime on messaging that presents Kamala Harris as bringing back their version of joy in direct opposition with Donald Trump’s so-called dark and dour approach to his campaigning thus far.Now, why should I and fellow Christians who live in the Western World and more specifically, Australia, care about what’s happening in the United States? Well, despite us living on two separate continents, you’d hope and pray that we as true Christians would be on the same page with respect to what true joy really is. And it ain’t what this happy, clappy, clan is offering. And if this cackling joyluck club gets in, in November, it’ll be yet another reason to be believe that we’re living in Babylon.
