from WSFI Catholic Radio: 88.5FM and 88.7 FM · host WSFI Podcasts

Thomas Devore of Silver Lake Legal,  explains his legal challenges to the Emergency Powers invoked by Illinois Governor Pritzker.  Devore argues the Executive branch of government illegally circumvented the due process protections afforded Illinois residents in the Illinois Department of Public Health Act.  A Temporary Restraining Order was issued n February 4th which blocked enforcement of Pritzker's COVID school mandates, declaring the "emergency rules' under which Pritzker had imposed the mandates to be unlawful and void. High School Student Peter Curran hosts the show while his dad, former Lake County Sheriff, Attorney Mark Curran Jr. provides legal analysis.
