WTA Guadalajara & WTA Sao Paulo previews and picks! The tour reaches Latin America; can Jovic defend in Mexico? Is Kostyuk bought in or is BJK Cup a distraction. Is Badosa the class in Brazil?

Elena Rybakina won the US open in style and what a performance it was. I take a quick look back and then jump straight into the WTA 500 in Guadalajara, Mexico before previewing WTA 250 in São Paulo, Brazil. The field in Mexico is not bad, will Marta Kostyuk be bought in? Can Jovic defend? She looked super in New York. The field in Brazil is a lot weaker and it’s bookended by Leylah Fernandez and Paula Badosa but not a ton in between!
