WTF Imposter Syndrome?!

OHHHHH Imposter syndrome…my fave topic to chat about! WHY? Because we all freaking have it.  Imposter syndrome can be a straight up bitch. It's that icky feeling that makes us feel unworthy, not good enough, isolated….alone. Can you imagine a life without imposter syndrome? It would be pretty boring, mundane and lack luster and radiant energy. We don't want that! So let's choose to embrace it! Any degree of imposter syndrome means that you're stepping out of your box, your cozy comport zone and allowing yourself to grow & expand. Allow yourself to step into your next level - YOU! Without imposter syndrome, you are choosing to stay stuck where you are. So on the flip side, feeling imposter syndrome is a sign that you're headed in the right direction! It's all a part of the process. Allow yourself to create, share, be, speak in a way that's TRUE to YOU! In a way that expresses who you truly are. The next time you feel imposter syndrome…FEEL it, lean into it, see it as a positive - a literal sign from the Universe that you are stepping out of your comfort zone and into your Highest Self!
