WTF Is pgLang?

Back in March of this year, Kendrick Lamar along with Dave Free and others formed pgLang. All we really had was a brief description and a weird video to learn what it was about. Since then there hasn't been much news regarding it, until we got an interview with Kendrick and Baby Keem.
