五彩张天师斩五毒纹小盘，为明万历文物，高1.9厘米，口径10.6厘米，足径6.6厘米。器型为撇口浅弧壁，圈足。内外装饰有青花五彩，内底绘张天师斩五毒图。张天师持剑站在树下的坡地上，其周围有蟾蜍、蝎、蛇等“五毒”，另绘有相间排列的菖蒲叶、折枝石榴花、艾草等共八组。外底青花双圈内署青花楷体“大明万历年制”六字双行款。现收藏于故宫博物院。
