WV BOE Ignores Governor & State Law, Violates Religious Freedom

Unelected state board of education members should concentrate on getting West Virginia's education rankings out of 49th & 50th. Instead these rebellious haters of parental rights and religious freedom are openly disobeying Gov. Morrisey's Executive Order regarding religious exemptions for the childhood vaccine mandate. Yes, WV has an immunization law, but it also has a Religious Freedom law that must also be upheld. Because of the state BOE, most county BOE's are now denying religious exemptions for students wanting to enroll for the upcoming school year.
