For 10 years, Republicans in the West Virginia legislature claim to stand for freedom, the Constitution, and individual liberty. After a decade's worth of lies, they have manifested that they are not much better than your average Democrat. Once again lawmakers vote down a vaccine freedom bill that would have allowed for a religious exemption. The bill was killed on Monday with only 42 delegates supporting the it. Oddly enough, 12 of the delegates who voted against the bill, voted FOR the religious exemption amendment on Friday. So what happened in the 3 between votes?
