The 11th episode of our WV on the DOT podcast features an update on the Wellsburg Bridge and I-70 bridges from Tony Clark, P.E., District 6 Engineer, and a special feature on Rob Jefferies, Bridge Inspection Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and Joey Linville, Equipment Operator. During an inspection of the Hi Carpenter Bridge in St. Mary's, Linville and Jefferies found a dog stranded on the lower cord of the bridge, high above the water. On this week's podcast, they tell the story of how they rescued the little fellow, who they nicknamed "Lucky" and helped him get home to his family.
