WVDOH and the citizens we serve all alike in two big ways; we love our cars and we hate potholes. District 1 Manager, Arlie Matney, joins Randy and Jennifer on this week's WV on the DOT podcast to describe our strategy for turning those ugly potholes we all detest into smooth roads ahead.
