WV On The DOT - 98 - Bill Robinson On The New Bluefield Transfer Station

West Virginian's working together for all of West Virginia made the new Bluefield Area Transit transfer station possible. Public Transit Director, Bill Robinson, joins us to talk about the new transfer station, as well as to the joining of four WVDOT agencies into the new Division of Multimodal Transportation Facilities.
