Michelle Blatt makes $230,000/year. She's the highest paid government employee in West Virginia. As Superintendent of Schools, she should be more concerned with the unfavorable results of WV students which ranks the state last in most educational categories. Instead, Blatt issued a memo to usurp Gov. Patrick Morrisey's Executive Order on religious exemptions for the childhood vaccine mandate.
