WWE Payback, May Not Pay Off
from The Express with Bilal Vakani
SiriusXM Canada’s Senior Producer of Talent and Industry Relations as well as Host of The Bilal Vakani Hour on SiriusXM 167 Canada Talks and Daniel Shehori preview WWE Payback 2023. Seth Rollins defends his WWE World Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura. Seth is the betting favourite here but I wouldn’t rule out him dropping the belt in the match or as a result of a cash in, perhaps both? Rhea Ripley defends her WWE Women’s World Champion against Raquel Rodriguez. Rhea is very likely to retain here but should be a great match, what Rhea does after is a bigger question. WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn defend against The Judgment Day. While possible it seems more likely than not that Damian Priest and Finn Balor don’t win the titles here. WWE United States Champion Rey Mysterio defends against Austin Theory. They could hot potato the title here but hopefully not. Becky Lynch vs Trish Stratus in a steel cage, this is likely the end of Trish’s return and thus Becky should win. LA Knight will also take on The Miz in an excellent battle of promos with only one possible result yeah! If you think LA Knight is going to lose Na Na! Cody Rhodes on The Grayson Waller Effect. Could John Cena show up?Bilal breaks it down, comment at www.twitter.com/bilalv87
