X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)

from Cinema Seekers · host Connor Hayes and Freddy Cabello

“Hey, Mr. [insert Fox exec here], we can’t put Nightcrawler in this movie, but do not fear! We’ve got another blue mutant to meet your demands! His name is Beast.” Well friends, this is the bad one. This is the Dark Phoenix before Dark Phoenix. So here’s the rub. We’ve got a lot of questions with this one. How does Professor X Transfer his consciousness? Why wasn’t the cure better tested to ensure it’s effects were permanent before distribution? Why is Archangel even in this movie? And most importantly, why did Rogue give her real name to Logan!? We had a lot of fun with this one, and we hope you do too!
